Most of us at some point in our lives have danced to the tunes of ‘Thriller’, ‘Beat It’ and ‘Black or White.’ However not many know that Michael Jackson the ‘King of Pop’ was a total foodie. We all know about his stardom, his great dance moves and his military jackets. But what did the King of pop like to eat?

So what was MJ’s favorite drink? Apparently he liked to drink mineral water like Evian and Perrier, and apart from that, orange juice, carrot juice, fruit smoothies and almond milk. During concerts he liked to down a bottle of Gatorade.

He showed his true American spirit by gorging on Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), He also loved Mexican food, especially cheese quesadilla, Japanese sushi, pizzas, fish, popcorn, frosted flakes with milk.

The vegetarian and healthy side to him: Michael Jackson’s meals consisted of greens and beans, he liked vegetarian lasagne, steamed broccoli, fresh fruits and tofu with chili sauce. He was also a lover of soy products and organic food.

The Indian connection: He sometimes liked to treat himself to Indian food too. His favorite Indian restaurant was Chakra in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.

His sweet tooth had him craving for ‘cookies and cream’ ice cream, glazed doughnuts, banana cream pie and M&Ms.

While he was known all over the world for his risque dance moves, his taste buds on the other hand were quite earthy.
